Jake, Carrie and the kids came for a visit.  It was so good to see them.  Isabella warmed up very easy to all of them.  It's been awhile but we certainly enjoyed the visit and the BBQ Jake made.

Fourth of July

There was a Little Girl...

...who had a little curl, right in the middle of her forehead. My mom used to say this rhyme to me as a child so when I fixed Isy's hair on this day and that curl landed there, I had to take the photo.

Isabella's First Homework Assignment

Bella had to make a collage with things that started with the letter B.  How fun it was for me to work with her on it.  I know I am her mom but she really is smart. 

Barbara's and Christopher's Baby Shower

My mom did such a wonderful job planning for the shower that I chose to publish photo's of her work.  She is so very talented.

Isabella's First Day at School

We talked about it forever and decided to put Bella in school.  At first it was only part-time but I have since changed my work schedule to normal working hours.  We are blessed that we found such a great place for her to learn and have fun.  She is well liked by her classmates.  Her teachers tell us she is a good listener and a pleasure to have in class.  She learns spanish, japanese, chinese and sign language every day.  She even takes time to play.

Barbara and Bella

Barbara is Christopher's fiance and Bella fell in love at first sight with her.  We are so thankful for all the help she provided to us when we needed someone to help out with Bella while we were working.  See how much fun they have?
